Spiced Cold Brew

Holiday Spiced Cold Brew

Looking for an easy way out of getting your family up and at’em for the holidays? Well look no further, this easy spiced cold brew recipe can be made ahead of time and ready for your guests and makes your holdi-Day easy peasy.

In the last few years, I had to make a choice between coffee and red wine…. clearly, I chose red wine. I was diagnosed with GERD. And that means I have to be really selective with my consumption. I immediately dropped coffee and put all my eggs in the red wine basket, cause #priorities!

But then again, there are days I really need that extra little bit of help. Coffee is seriously the only way I can make it through, I’m hoping some of you can relate. Because I have such sensitivities to heartburn, I wouldn’t drink coffee at all. But cold brew is the answer my friends, it’s lower in acidity and it’s something I can tolerate. Try it!

This cold brew, plus my homemade creamer, is just the boost I need. I appreciate the flavors and can hammer out my days work. In addition to that, this is a fantastic seasonal coffee you can have ready for your holiday guests. I like to make this using any blonde roast with my favorite spices.

If you want to try my vanilla creamer see THIS for the recipe.
