The best granola bars you'll ever have, they are easy and healthy!line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a food processor on high speed combine almonds, agave, melted coconut oil, vanilla and salt until very smooth. Be patient this may take about 3-5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into your smooth almond mixture. Once combined, spread out on your parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten with a spoon.

**It helps to rub firmed coconut oil onto the back of the spoon so the ingredients don’t stick.

Let set for 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes, cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
